The QCD team is a full mixed bag of riders, I have always wanted to have guys that tear and love bodyboarding who do it for the right reasons not for the fame and fortune. Guys who go search for new waves and massive kegs, guys who want to teach the next generation the skills and knowledge they have learnt after 23 years of riding, the young local grom charging in front of his peers. The riders who have the talent to be on the world tour but are happy to surf when the waves are on at their local spot and who surf better than any of the pros who rock up in search of glory, and the underground guys who just want to get pitted and have fun.
